摘要
当前,我国高校进入了全面改革和发展的阶段。培养高素质人才,全面提高高等教育的质量,就必须从高校教学改革开始抓起,这不仅是新时期经济社会发展的客观要求,更是促进高等学校蓬勃发展的必然选择。
At present,China＇s universities have entered a stage of comprehensive reform and development.Train highly qualified personnel,and comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,must be grabbed from the higher education reform,this is not only the objective requirements of economic and social development in the new era,it is the inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of colleges and universities.
