Survey of Junior School English Teachers' Professional Development in Ethnic Minority Areas

教师队伍整体质量的提升,对于教育工作的成败起着举足轻重的作用。如今,教师专业发展已经成为国际教育界热门的研究课题,也是我国当前教师队伍建设的努力方向。笔者试图结合对甘南州合作市中学英语教师专业发展现状的调查研究,找出切实存在的问题,提出有针对性的专业发展策略,为该市相关主管部门了解情况,制定教师培养与培训计划提供有价值的参考。

The overall quality of teachers plays an important role in the success for the education.Nowadays,teachers＇ professional development has become a hot research topic of international education,and also directs the construction of teacher＇s teams.I tried to cooperate with the junior school English teachers＇ in the city of Hezuo,focusing their professional development to find out the real problems and propose the targeted professional development strategy for the city＇s relevant authorities,in order to provide valuable reference of the development of teachers＇ education and training programs.
