本文以陕西农村中学历史教师为主要研究对象,对其专业化发展的现状、存在的问题、主要的阻力以及解决的措施作出一些探究,以期对陕西农村中学教师的专业化发展提出一些切实可行的建议,为陕西农村中学教育的发展贡献绵薄之力。

This paper researches the history teachers in Shanxi rural middle school,explores on theor professional development status,existed problems,main obstacles and solutions,hope to put forward some suggestions to the professional development of Shanxi rural middle school teachers,and give some help to the development of Shanxi rural middle school education.
