摘要
进入21世纪,中国的高等教育基本上完成了"把结构更加合理、质量水平更高、效益更高的高等教育带到21世纪"这个任务。随着教育体制的深入,中国高等教育不仅在数量和规模上获得巨大发展,而且在质量和效益上得到显著提高。因此,对高校教师教学质量评价的研究就显得尤为重要。本文通过采用360度绩效考核法,实现了多主体、全方位的综合评价,弥补了以往评价的不足,完善了高校教师教学质量评价体系。
In the 21st century,the higher education of China is basically completed the task that higher education has a more rational structure,a higher level of quality and a more beneficial result.With the reformation of the educational system,not only in the terms of quantity and scale,but also in the terms of quality and efficiency,it has improved significantly.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the evaluation of teaching quality of teachers in colleges.Applying 360° Feedback,this paper makes a multi-agent comprehensive evaluation and improves the evaluation system of teaching quality of teachers in colleges.
