中学教师职业道德存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Middle School Teachers' Professional Ethics

教师作为人类灵魂的工程师,身负教书育人、传道授业的双重重任,教师的天职是把学生培养成德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。在当前,教师的职业道德素质、专业技能水平、创新精神和创新能力都直接影响着学生的发展,从而关系到国家教育事业的发展。教师这个职业比其它行业要求更高的职业道德操行,本文指出了中学教师职业道德存在的问题,并从爱岗敬业,坚持教书育人、坚持勤学苦干,关爱学生这四方面提出了相应的对策。

Teachers are engineers of human soul,whose responsibilities are to teach transmit wisdom and impart knowledge and solve doubts.Their mission is aimed at training creative elite personnel who are well developed morally,intellectually,and physically,possessing solid academic foundation with high quality and flexible adaptation to new changes and profound potential capacity.Nowadays,teachers＇ professional ethics,quality of certification,enterprising spirit and innovation influence the development of the students directly,which relate to the national educational development.Teaching is one of the holiest tasks.This article introduces problems of middle professional morality existing in middle schools and proposes suggestions on countermeasures.
