摘要
如何搞好高校图书馆、搞好高校图书馆的信息服务工作,是广大图书馆同仁及高校师生们的共同愿望。目前学界多从参考咨询、流通借阅等一线服务部门探究高校图书馆的信息服务工作,本文拟另辟蹊径,从馆行政办公室的角度来探究该项工作,具体来讲即馆行政办公室如何做好读者信息服务的后勤保障工作,以使得信息服务工作开展得更顺畅,使师生在接受服务时满意度更高。
How to improve the university library and improve the information service of the University Library are the common wish of library colleagues and university teachers and students.Presently the academia explores information service of University Library from first-line service department,such as reference consultation and circulation borrow etc.The article intends to look for other ways to explore the work from Library administrative offices,specifically speaking,namely how to do logistical support services of reader information service for Library administrative offices so that information service work can be carried out more smoothly,and teachers and students can be more satisfied in services.
