高校辅导员身份特殊,责任重大。高校辅导员的工作时间、空间及对象具有连续性、广延性以及能动性的特征。为提高辅导员的工作效能,本文在分析高校辅导员工作现状的基础上,论述将时间管理应用于高校学生工作中的可行性,并尝试提出相关的时间管理策略。

The special status of college counselors has great responsibility.College counselors＇ working time,space and object have the characteristics of continuity,extensive,and initiative.To improve the effectiveness of the work of counselors,on the basis of analysis of the status quo of college counselors work discusses the feasibility of time management in college students work,and try to put a time management strategy.
