充分尊重和保障大学生的合法权益,是实施依法治校,维护校园和谐稳定的重要保障。本文通过在校大学生合法权益受侵害的形式以及当前的维权现状,从辅导员的视角提出以学生为本,维护大学生合法权益的重要意义和途径。

Fully respect student＇s legal right is the basis of harmonious campus construction of campus.In this paper,not only the forms of legal rights which college students invaded were expatiated,but also the present situation of their pretecting rights.From the perspective of instructor,the significance and approaches which maintained the legal rights of college students on student-oriented were mentioned.
