视网膜色素变性的ERG_S观察

The obsearvation of ERGs in Patients with retinitis pigmentosa

为研究视网膜色素变性的视网膜电图（ＥＲＧＳ），测量了７５例１５０眼视网膜色素变性病人的ＥＲＧＳ，分析其ｂ波振幅情况。方法：用视觉电生理仪测量ＥＲＧＳ的ｂ波振幅，分析从５个月到７０岁的７５例１５０眼视网膜色素变性病人的ＥＲＧＳ的ｂ波振幅情况。结果：①ｂ波振幅重度降低或记录不到波形者１３０眼，占８７％，平均年龄２５岁，其最好视力达１．５，最低可无光感。②ｂ波振幅轻度或中度降低者１０例２０眼，占１３％，平均年龄２２岁，其视力从０．０３到１．２。③年龄与视力相关分析，ｒ＝－０．５３９２，ｐ＜０．０１，呈负相关。但也存在幼年的视力与ｂ波振幅很差的病例。④５６例１１２眼（７５％）病人的视杆、视锥反应均异常，也有１９例３８眼（２５％）病人仅视杆反应ｂ波降低，视锥反应正常或轻度降低。结论：①视网膜色素变性病人的视网膜电图以ｂ波振幅重度降低与记录不到波形为主。②少数年龄较轻的视网膜色素变性者的视网膜内层细胞功能尚未明显紊乱。③所有ＲＰ病人的视力与年龄呈负相关，差异有显著意义。但也存在幼年的视力与振幅很差的病例，可能与ＲＰ类型有关。④视网膜色素变性病人的视网膜细胞功能损害从周边向中心发展进行。

Aims:The electroretinograms(ERG)of retinitis pigmentosa(RP)were researched.b wave of ERGs in 150 eyes 75 cases with RP were analysed.Methods:b wave amplitudes of ERGs were surveyed with the visual electrophysiology instrument,b wave amplitudes of ERGs in 150 eyes 75 cases with RP at the age of 5 months to 70 years were analysed.Results:①b wave amplitudes of 130 eyes 65 cases(87%)reduced seriously or extinguished.The average age were 25 years old.Their VA were NLP to 1 5.②b wave amplitudes of 20 eyes 10 cases reduced slightly or moderately.The average age were 22 years old.Their VA were from 0 03 to 1 2.③The bivariate correlate results between the age and visual acuity in RP patients:r=-0 5392,p<0 01.The reduce of b wave in RP patients was negative correlation with their age.There are obvious significance about their differences.But there are yet the condition that VA and the reduce of amplitude of b wave seriously occur in young children.④The response of the rod cells and the cone cells in 112 eyes 56 cases(75%)were abnormal.The response of rod cells reduced and the response of cone cells were normal in 38 eyes 19 cases(25%).Conclusions:①b wave amplitudes of ERGs in most RP patients reduced seriously and extinguished.②The function of the inner retina in a few younger RP patients had yet not disordered obviously.③The visual acuity in RP patients was negatively correlated with their age.But there were yet the condition that the VA and the reduce of amplitude of b wave seriously occur in young children,which may be related to different types of RP.④The injury of the retinal cell function in RP patients developed gradually from the peripheral to central retina.ERGs examination may help doctors identify the clinical type of RP.
