连续环形撕囊术抑制后囊膜混浊的实验研究

The study of effect of continuous circular capsulorhexis on the mechanism of posterior capsular

目的：探讨连续环形撕囊术（ＣＣＣ）对白内障囊外摘除术后晶体后囊膜混浊的影响。方法：将２４只白色家兔随机平均分为三个时间组（术后一周、术后二周及术后一月），每只家兔又按双眼术中前囊膜切开法的不同随机分为ＣＣＣ组（Ａ组）和开罐式截囊组（Ｂ组），术后不同时期观察后囊膜病理变化。结果：术后一月，Ａ组后囊膜纤维增殖明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０５），赤道部前后囊膜间无显著粘连（Ｐ＜０．０５）；早期（术后一周）即可在后囊膜面查见纤维母细胞增生。结论：ＣＣＣ可抑制白内障术后晶体后囊膜混浊的发生。

To approach the effect of contiuous circular capsulorhexis on the mechanism of posterior capsular opacification.Method:24 white rabbits were divided randomly into three groups with different period(one week,two weeks and one month after the surgery).Two eyes of each rabbit were divided randomly into two groups:continuous circular capsulorhexis group (group A) and “canopener” capsulotomy group(group B).The pathology of posterior capsule was investigated in different time after surgery.Results:1 month after the operation,the collagenous fibers of lens capsule proliferated more slowly than the other group (P<0.05) and there were no obvious synechia between posterior and anterior capsule at the place of equator.Conclusion:It is suggested that the CCC can inhibit the posterior capsular opacification.
