Laser in situ keratomileusis after undercorrected radial keratotomy

目的：评估ＬＡＳＩＫ治疗ＲＫ术后欠矫的效果。方法：对ＲＫ术后屈光欠矫的３３眼（１９人）施行ＬＡＳＩＫ。年龄在２１～３０岁，屈光欠矫范围为：－２．００～－１１．５Ｄ（－５．２１±２．７９Ｄ）。结果：术后视力和屈光度通常在３个月时稳定；６个月时，所有眼获得０．８以上的裸眼视力，屈光度均在±１．００Ｄ以内，３眼的最好矫正视力较术前下降。无角膜瓣移位、脱失，角膜混浊和层间上皮植入等并发症。结论：ＬＡＳＩＫ治疗ＲＫ术后屈光欠矫效果好、预测性好，应该在ＲＫ后两年以上。

To evaluate the efficacy of LASIK for undercorrection after RK.Material and Methods:LASIK were performed on 33 eyes of 19 patients who had had radial keratotomy(RK)previously.The age was between 21 to 30 years。The refractive error before excimer laser surgeries was 5 21±2 79D(range, 2 to 11 5D).Results:The vision and refractive status were stable by 3 months.At 6 months,all were within 1 0 D and saw 0 8 or better without correction.All maintained BCVA except three eyes which lost one line.No dislocation,loss of flap,corneal haze or epithelial ingroewth was found.Conclusions:LASIK is a more predictable alternative for undercorrected RK and it should only be done at least two years after RK.
