西藏地区大体积混凝土施工技术

摘要 大体积混凝土结构浇筑后,由于体积大,水化热聚集在内部不易散发,混凝土结构内部温度较高,而表面散热较快,形成较大的表里温差,易导致混凝土表面开裂。西藏地处我国西南边隅,自然条件恶劣,市场供应及施工技术水平较低,针对类似偏远地区,因地制宜地采用降低大体积混凝土入模温度,设置冷却盘管及保温大棚,严密监控大体积混凝土温度等措施,减小大体积混凝土由于各种温度差而产生的内部应力,有效地保证大体积混凝土的施工质量。 After mass concrete structure is poured,hydration heat congregated in its interior is not easy to emit due to its bulky size.High internal temperature of mass concrete structure and fast surface heat dissipation will result in large temperature difference between its exterior and interior,which will easily result in concrete surface cracking.Tibet is located in southwest border area of China,where natural conditions are very poor,market supply and construction technology level is very low.In remote areas similar to Tibet,such measures are taken according to local conditions as mass concrete molding temperature decrease,installation of cooling coils thermal insulation canopy and close monitoring of mass concrete temperature,decreased is internal stress resulting from mass concrete temperature differences,which can effectively assure construction quality of mass concrete structures.
