摘要
本文介绍了AP1000CA20模块2#子组件吊耳的尺寸设计和布置方案,进行了静力验算,建立了吊装动荷载运动方程,求解得到吊装过程最大动荷载。对吊耳进行动荷载核算,结果表明设计强度满足要求。
This paper describes the design AP1000 CA20 module, and for structure static and layout scheme of lifting lug on the subassembly-2 of checking. The maximum dynamic load during the lifting operations is obtained by solving motion equations. The results of dynamic checking calculation of lug show that the design strength can satisfy the structure needs. lifting
