Bucing-cylinder of steam turbine is a milestone during the steam turbine installation work, and is not only the verification for the installation quality before the turbine cylinder bucking, but also the end of the basic work in the turbine installation. This paper follows the example of bucking-cylinder of Qinshan phase II Unit 4, introduces the general layout of the turbine cylinder bucking, the bucking-cylin- der process and the concerned matters. The experience described in this article can be used for the sup- port of bucking-cylinder work specialization.
