克拉玛依油田石油磺酸盐型二元驱的性能评价 被引量:11

Evaluation on Binary System Flooding with Petroleum Sulfonate in Karamay Oilfield

摘要 以稠油减二线馏分为原料油合成了石油磺酸盐(PS)产品;以PS为表面活性剂、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为增黏剂、污水为溶剂配制了二元驱-原油和三元驱-原油体系,并评价了体系的性能。实验结果表明,原油放置时间越长,二元驱-原油界面张力越易在短时间内达到超低值(10-2mN/m);二元驱-原油瞬间界面张力随PS含量的增加而降低;二元驱的特性黏度和二元驱-原油瞬间表面张力随PAM含量的增加而增大,但平衡界面张力基本一致;当PAM含量相同时,二元驱的特性黏度比三元驱高40%~50%,这有利于提高波及系数,但碱的存在使三元驱-原油比二元驱-原油界面张力低一个数量级;界面张力小于超低值时,二元驱所需的原料油相对分子质量范围更窄、所需酸值(KOH)为7.5~17.5 mg/g,三元驱所需的原油酸值(KOH)必须大于11.05 mg/g。 Petroleum sulfonate(PS) was prepared from second vacuum side-stream heavy oil and SO3.Binary system flooding(BSF) was produced from PS as surfactant and poly(acrylamide)(PAM) in sewage,and ternary system flooding(TSF) was produced from PS,PAM and Na2CO3 in the sewage.The results showed that the longer the storage time of crude oil,the shorter the time of the interfacial intension of BSF-crude oil(IIBC) reaching ultra-low value(10-2 mN/m).The intrinsic viscosity of BSF and spot IIBC decreased with increasing PS concentration,increased with increasing PAM concentration,but the balance interfacial intension was the same.Whenith the same PAM concentration was the same,the intrinsic viscosity of BSF was 40%-50% higher than that of TSF,which was helpful to increase sweeping efficiency,but the interfacial intension of BSF was one order of magnitude higher than that of TSF due to the presence of alkali.In order to the interfacial intension below the ultra-low value,the demanded range of relative molecular mass of the raw material oil in BSF was narrower than that in TSF.The acid values(KOH) demand by BSF and by TSF ranges 7.517.5 mg/g and more than 11.05 mg/g,respectively.
