3-氨基吡咯烷盐酸盐的合成

摘要 3-氨基吡咯烷是重要的精细化工中间体,其各类衍生物在农药、医药行业有广泛的应用。目前3-氨基吡咯烷的合成工艺有多种,但是这些工艺都有各自的缺点,如原料昂贵不易得、反应条件要求高、各步收率不高,路线长、所用原料种类多、步骤繁琐等。本文研究了以羟脯氨酸为原料,通过四步反应合成3-氨基吡咯烷盐酸盐的工艺,其产品收率达65%。通过对该工艺的生产成本、生产周期、反应条件等因素的研究,所得新合成工艺路线短、步骤简单、原料种类少、生产周期短、成本低,具有良好的应用前景。 3-aminopyrrodine is an important intermediate for organic chemical industry. A large number of drugs,herbicides, pesticides, medicines, and other chemicals are originated from reactions with such inter- mediates. On the basis of consulting a large amount of literatures and comparing the different routes syn- thesizing 3-aminopyrrodine, we studied some methodologies in the works. As for these craft, they have their own shortcomings, such as expensive raw materials, high requirement of reaction conditions, high line length, various types of raw materials, and cumbersome steps. At the same time, the works studied the feasibility of preparing 3-mainopyrrodine with hydroxyproline as the raw material, which offered a sim- ple way to prepare 3-mainopyrrodine, the better reaction conditions were studied and optimized, which of- fered the fundamental data to make the synthesis process industrialization . The new synthesis route was the shortest route to synthesis 3-aminopyrrolidine at present, and has a bright foreground, We think the new craft with hydroxyproline as raw material is superior through studying this craft in the costing, the re- action conditions and so on.
