摘要
水露点是天然气处理工艺中至关重要的参数,通过向天然气处理工艺流程中加入抑制剂三甘醇,可有效防止含有饱和水的天然气随温度降低形成水化物。三甘醇脱水再生效果的好坏关系着水露点的高低。本文针对现有三甘醇系统的不足,通过优化系统参数,节约了生产运行成本,创造了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The water dew point is the crucial parameters in the gas treatment process, by inhibitors triethylene glycol was added to the gas treatment process, can effectively prevent gas saturated with water to form hydrates with decreasing temperature. TEG dehydration regeneration effect is good or bad relationship with the level of the water dew point. In this paper, the lack of existing triethylene glycol system, by opti- mizing the system parameters, saving the cost of the production run, creating a good economic and social benefits.
