消疲怡神口服液对慢性疲劳大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢的影响

Effect of Xiao PI Yi Shen Kou Fu Ye(Oral Liquid)on the Skeletal Muscles Energy Mtabolism of the Chronically Fatigued Rats

通过疲劳造模后，测定模型大鼠骨骼肌中与能量代谢有关的流硝酸脱氢酶（SDH）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、三磷酸腺苷（ATP）等相关酶活性及糖原的变化。结果表明：与正常大鼠比较，模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞中三磷酸腺苷、琥珀酸脱氢酶和糖原减少，而与无氧酵解相关的乳酸脱氨酶活性显著升高（P＜0．01）。经消疲怕神口服法治疗后，上述变化得以纠正，说明慢性疲劳的发生机制与脾失健运引起的能量代谢失常有密切关系。

After model rats are made fatthe, the SDH, LDH and ATP activity and the variation ofglycogen are measured, which are relevant to the energy metatalism. Compared with the normal group,the ATP,SDH and glycogen in the cells of skeletal muscles in the modl rv decreased while theLDH reevan to the anaerobic glycoysis Inarkedly increased(P < 0.01 ). After the modl group wasgiven this oral liquld, the ler chang hav been improvd, implying that the occurrence of chronicfatgh is closely related to the died of enop metaodism induced by the dysfunction of the spleenin transport.
