摘要
用丙肝康冲剂治疗因注射硫代乙酰胺、四氯化联而致动物肝损伤。结果发现：丙肝康能降低多因素诱导的肝损伤动物的ALT值，提高肝组织的SOD含量，抑制CCl4引起的MDA在肝内的蓄积及破坏。
After Bing Gan Kang was applied in the livcr injury in rats induced byinjecting thioacetamidc and carbon tctrachloride, it was discovcrcd that Bing Gan Kangcould reduce the level of ALT in rats brought about by various factors, increase thecontent of SOD in liver tissues, and inhibit the accumulation of MDA induced by CCL4 aswell as the damage it does to the liver.
