海岛新能源供电系统SCADA/EMS总体设计 被引量:6

摘要 新能源供电系统将是中小规模海岛电力系统发展的重要方向.海岛新能源供电系统有3个主要特征:①新能源发电的比重很高,运行不确定性大;②易受台风等自然灾害的威胁;③孤岛模式是主要运行方式.从数据采样周期、设备状态监测和数据类型等角度对海岛新能源供电SCADA系统进行分析,设计考虑海岛新能源供电系统不确定性大等特征的SCADA/EMS体系架构,并详细地设计EMS的各个功能模块.最后从目标函数、动态的调度周期及调度计划滚动调整等角度,具体讨论海岛新能源供电系统的调度计划模块. New energy power supply system(NEPSS) is a promising development trend of small and medium-sized island power system.NEPSS has three major characteristics: high proportion of new energy generation(NEG),exposed to more natural disasters,and autonomous operation widely adopted.In this paper,the NEPSS SCADA was analyzed in terms of data sampling period,equipment condition monitoring and data type.The SCADA/EMS architecture was designed for NEPSS with great randomness considered.Also,the function modules of EMS were designed in detail.Finally,the NEPSS dispatch plan was specifically discussed in terms of objective function,dynamic dispatch period,and the rolling method for adjustments of dispatch plan.
