心脏起搏器置入后T波电张调节性改变1例并文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 1病例资料患者,男,81岁。因心脏起搏器植入后2月余,T波广泛倒置,"于2011-08-31在笔者所在门诊就诊。患者始于2010-08因胸闷不适,心悸,心电图示:阵发性房颤,收入济南军区总医院治疗。入院后行动态心电图检查示阵发性房颤,心脏超声检查见:左房略大,心内结构正常,左室顺应性好,左室收缩功能正常;320排心脏CT造影检查,结果:①左主干管壁钙化性斑块,管腔狭窄度约30%~50%;②左前降支近中段、第一钝缘支及右冠状动脉近中远段管壁钙化与非钙化性斑块,管腔狭窄度约30%~50%。诊断冠心病,
