四川幼儿师资需求现状与培养的现实超越

摘要 通过实地调查四川省各级各类幼儿园幼儿师资需求的基本现状,结合幼儿师资培养中存在诸如专业定位、课程设置及毕业生就业等现实性问题,提出幼儿师资培养机构应面向幼教市场准确定位,加强课程、专业建设,规范人才培养模式,避免同质化倾向,突出专业、人才培养定位与特色,走特色发展之路。 Based on the on-the-spot investigation of the current situation of the demands for preschool teachers in all kinds of day cares and kindergartens at different levels in Sichuan and combined with the realistic problems in preschool teachers' training,such as specialty orientation,curriculum setup and the employment of the graduates and so on,the thesis puts forward that the training of preschool teachers should meet the demands of the market,the construction of curriculum and specialties should be strengthened,the talents cultivation model should be standardized,homogenization trend should be avoided,the position and characteristics of specialty construction and talents training should be given prominence to and should be developed in their own way.
