摘要
虽然新时代的导师制在我国本科生培养中已存在十几年,但在学前教育专业的男生培养中实施导师制,则是近几年的事情。导师制在个性化支撑方面成效显著,为稀缺的学前教育专业男生资源的最大化发挥了积极作用。文章以成都大学学前教育学院实施导师制管理为例,分析了导师制在学生特别是学前教育专业男生培养中的积极作用,同时分析了导师制实施过程中存在的问题并提出解决办法。
In modern times,the supervisor mode has been adopted in undergraduate cultivation for more than 10 years.However,it was only adopted in cultivating male teachers in preschool education several years ago.Supervisor mode achieves great success in presenting students' personality and plays an active role in bringing out male students' potentials in preschool education.The paper,based on the supervisor mode adopted in College of Preschool Education,analyzes the active role played by this mode in students' cultivation,especially the cultivation of male students.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of this mode and then puts forward the countermeasures.
