摘要
综合实践活动课程的充分开发和有序实施体现着课程改革的顺利进行。在综合实践活动课程开展的过程中,作为实施者的教师发挥着关键的作用。文章以教师素养作为出发点,从时间轴上探讨教师素养与综合实践活动的整合研究进展,将其分为四个阶段,分别是酝酿与起步期、尝试期、整合期和发展期。在对各阶段研究现状、原因及其影响进行探讨的基础上提出了综合实践活动与教师素养研究的建议。
The fully development and orderly implementation of courses with comprehensive practice and activity reflects the smooth development of curriculum reform.During the reform of courses with comprehensive practice and activity,teachers play a key role as the enforcer.The paper,based on teachers' accomplishments,analyzes the integration of teachers' accomplishments and comprehensive practice and activity diachronically and divides the integration into four stages:stage for preparation,for attempt,for integration and for development.Based on the exploration of the situation,the reason and the influence at different stages,the paper puts forward the advice on comprehensive practice and activity and teachers' accomplishments.
