试析成都高职院校设计教育与本地产业发展的结合问题

On the Combination of Design Education of Vocational Collegesin Chengdu and the Development of Local Industries

针对目前设计专业的人才培养定位方向集中导致学生就业难的问题,探索高职院校设计教育改革发展之路。高职院校的培养目标应该比本科教育更贴近本地经济社会的发展需要,艺术设计教育急需适应国家和区域社会经济发展的需要,建立动态调整机制,更灵活机动地调整和优化专业和学科结构,真正实现具有地方特色和属地优势的学科发展,方能走出一条符合市场发展规律的特色之路。校企合作,直接与成都的企业签订合作协议,接受企业的项目委托,实行项目化教学,成立院(系)艺术设计公司,充分利用业界力量,都是实现"产学研"结合的教学模式的可行之道。

The paper analyzes the low employment rate of design majors due to the excessive concentration of talent cultivation orientation,and explores the reform outlet of design education in vocational colleges.The cultivation aim of vocational colleges should meet the demands of the social and economic development compared with common colleges and universities.Besides,artistic design education should adapt to the social and economic development of our nation and different regions.Dynamic adjustment mechanism should be established in order to automatically adjust and optimize professional and academic disciplinary structures.Only in this way,the academic disciplinary development with regional characteristics and advantages can be realized in its own way.Cooperation between enterprises and colleges and universities,namely,sign contract with enterprises,accept enterprises＇ project commissions,implement projectized teaching,establish artistic design companies and make full use of enterprises＇ support,can realize the teaching mode of the ＂integration of production,teaching and research＂.
