摘要
弹性时间制是一种将工作时间的他控与自控有机结合的时间管理制度。文章着眼于职业院校班主任工作,针对坐班制这一传统模式的弊端,将弹性管理理论运用于班主任的时间管理,尝试性地提出了弹性时间制。其具体内容包括:固定时间和弹性时间相结合、储备时间、完善考勤系统、成果中心制、副班主任制、轮流值班制。以此来缓解职业院校班主任的职业倦怠,提高其工作效率。
Flextime is a system of time management with integration of time controlled by others and time controlled by oneself.This paper is focused on the class supervisors in vocational colleges.Based on the traditional fixed work schedule,the author applies theory of flexible management of work hours into the paper and puts forward the concept of flextime.It includes:a combination of fixed time and flextime;reserving time;improving attendance system;achievement system;vice supervisor system;the shifts system.These measures will be helpful to ease class supervisors' professional burnout and improve their work efficiency.
