速效救心丸治疗高脂血症78例疗效观察

摘要 目的观察速效救心丸治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法采用速效救心丸治疗高脂血症患者78例。观察项目为血清血脂指标、血流变指标、安全性检测,服药前后三项指标水平进行统计学对比分析。结果速效救心丸能明显降低血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平;而且患者血粘度指标中全血高切,全血低切以及红细胞压积明显下降。结论速效救心丸具有活血降脂的作用,可以抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成。
