农村中学教师专业发展现状与需求研究——以重庆市彭水县为例

An investigation report of rural middle school teachers' professional development——A case study of Pengshui,Chongqing

通过对重庆市彭水县中学教师信息、专业发展现状以及需求的调研分析,从关注农村教师本体价值,重视农村教师专业发展着手,提出教师专业发展是决定新课改成败的关键,要采取措施不断促进农村中学教师的专业发展和城乡教育的均衡发展。

Through the investigation of the middle school teachers＇ professional development in the County of Pengshui,Chongqing,this paper holds that we should pay attention to the rural teachers＇ noumenon value and professional development because their professional development is the key to the success of the new curriculum reform.Measures should be taken to promote the balanced development of the urban and rural middle school teachers＇ education.
