摘要
适应社会发展的需要和培养卓越法律人才的要求,应改革通才式的法律人才培养模式。本文介绍了法律人才培养模式的相关概念,分析了我国法律人才培养模式的现状和存在的问题,提出了构建学术型、实务型、综合型法律人才的分类培养模式。
The general education of legal talent should be reformed so as to meet the needs of social development and cultivation of outstanding legal talent.This paper introduces the concepts related to the training model of legal talent,analyses the present situation and problems and forwards the typed-model for cultivating the legal talent of academic type,routine type and comprehensive type.
