摘要
目的 磷酸萘酚是我国研制的抗疟新药,临床上在抗氯喹地区使用治疗恶性疟效果较好。为探讨该药的抗疟机理,本实验对其进行了较深入的研究。方法 应用流式细胞光度术,对经该药和磷酸氯喹分别处理不同时间(0、4、8 和24h) 的约氏疟原虫红内期虫体的DNA含量进行了比较研究和分析。结果 磷酸萘酚喹和磷酸氯喹均可影响疟原虫的DNA含量,其作用时间不同,对疟原虫DNA含量的影响亦不同;且这种影响作用在24h 与对照组具有非常显著性差异( P< 0-01)。结论 磷酸萘酚喹抑制约氏疟原虫DNA的复制合成,进而影响疟原虫的发育繁殖过程,起到抗虫作用。
Aim Naphoquine phosphate is a new antimalaria parasite drug devoloped in China It is effective in clinical treatment of Plasmodium falciparum in the Chloroquine-resistant area In order to probe into the antimalaria mechanism,this drug is strdied further by this test Methods By using flow cytometry,the DNA contens of P yoelii yoelii intraerythrocyte are analyzed and compared with this drug and Chloroquine in different times (0,4,8,and 24 hours) Results Naphoquine phosphate and Chloroquine are able to affect the DNA contents of P yoelii yoelii,and the effects are vaniant when the times treated with this drug and Chloroquine are different And the influences have a striking significant difference as compared with the control group (p<0 01) in the 24 hours time Conclusion Naphoquine phosphate has restrained the DNA reproduction of the malaria parasite,and then it has affected the process of the growth and reprodue,hence the result of the the antimalaria
