摘要
目的 探讨ELISA法检测广州管圆线虫血清抗体的可行性,从而为广州管圆线虫病的免疫诊断提供实验依据。方法 用雌性成虫粗抗原作ELISA检测不同时期实验大鼠血清抗体,并选用四种对照血清,以比较该法的特异性。结果 大鼠血清抗体在感染后20d 适宜检测,40d 左右达最高峰,80d 仍维持阳性检测水平。ELISA 法对旋毛虫抗体阳性血清、犬弓蛔虫抗体阳性血清、肺吸虫抗体阳性血清和日本血吸虫抗体阳性血清的假阳性率分别是20-0% 、10-0 % 、0% 和0% 。结论 ELISA法用于检测广州管圆线虫血清具有较高的敏感性和特异性。大鼠血清抗体的最佳检测时间是在感染后30 ~50d。
Aim To inquire into the feasibility of ELISA applied to detect serum antibodies,thus to provide experimental evidence for immunodiagnosis of angiostrongyliasis Methods The serum antibodies of experimental rats were detected by ELISA with unpurified antigen of female adult every ten days after infection Meanwhile,the specificity of ELISA was analyzed by detecting four kinds of control serum Results Serum antibodies were able to be detected in 20 days after infection and reached its peak in 40 days and maintained a detectable standard in 80 days The false positive rates were 20 0%,10 0%,0 and 0 and 0 in different kinds of antibodies against Trichinella spiralis,Toxocara canis,Paragonimus westermani and Schostosoma japonicum,respectively Conclusion There’s a high enough sensitivity and specificity in detecting serum antibodies in infected rats by ELISA The optimum detection time proved to be 30~50 days after infection
