日本血吸虫与HBV协同致幽门螺杆菌感染的研究

STUDY OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION ON SYNERGY AMONG THE COMBINED INFECTIONS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM AND HBV

目的 探讨ＨＢＶ对幽门螺杆菌（ Ｈｐ）感染的影响。方法 利用Ｈｐ 全菌抗原检测ＨＢＶ、日本血吸虫单独或合并感染者血清Ｈｐ ＩｇＧ抗体。结果 ＨＢＶ与血吸虫合并感染时，血清ＨｐＩｇＧ抗体检出率（８５－７％ ）明显高于ＨＢＶ或血吸虫单独感染（阳性率分别为４５－５％ 和７２－９ ％），合并感染时血清ＨｐＩｇＧ抗体水平（０－８７±０－１０） 亦高于单独感染（０－７７±０－２０ ，０－７１ ±０－１７），差异有显著性意义。而ＨＢＶ阳性者与ＨＢＶ阴性者之间Ｈｐ 感染率和抗体水平相近。结论 ＨＢＶ 对Ｈｐ 感染具有促进作用，ＨＢＶ和血吸虫对Ｈｐ 感染具有协同相加作用。

Aim To study the influence to Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection with HBV and Schistosoma japonicum (Sj) combined infection Methods Anti-Hp IgG antibody was detected in sera from patients suffered from HBV and Schistosoma japonicum single or combined infection with the whole cell antigen of Hp Results The positive rate of anti-Hp IgG in the patients with HBV and Schistosoma japonicum combined infection was 85 7%,significantly higher than that of HBV or Schistosoma japonicum single infection(45 5% or 72 9% respectively) The mean anti-Hp IgG level in the patients of combined infection(0 87±0 10)was higher than that of single infection(0 77±0 20,0 71±0 17),P<0 05 The positive rate and the level of anti-Hp IgG in the patients of HBV positive were similar with that of HBV negative Conclusion HBV could increase the positive rate of Hp infection The combined infections of HBV and Schistosoma japonicum might have an additive on Hp infection
