摘要
在美国次贷危机继续蔓延、我国经济出现下行压力的大背景下,研究能否借助房地产投资来增强我国经济增长的内在动力是一项具有重大现实意义的课题。文章采用杭州市房地产业发展和经济增长的真实数据,并建立VAR模型,对房地产投资与区域经济增长之间的复杂互动关系作了深入的定量分析。
Under the situation that sub-prime loaning crisis of U.S. keeps spreading and China suffers pressure of economic slowdown, the relationship between investment in real estate industry and economic growth should be carefully studied. This paper gives an empirical analysis of the relationship by setting up a VAR model with real data of real estate investment and GDP growth in Hangzhou.
