卧式搅拌磨搅拌叶轮形状对粉碎效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究卧式搅拌磨的搅拌叶轮形状对磨矿效果的影响,设计3种搅拌叶轮,在不同搅拌速度的条件下,考察磨矿产品的粒度与能量新生能力。通过对比发现,3种叶轮中圆形孔叶轮的细磨效果最好,磨矿性能最优,是比较适合卧式搅拌磨机进行超细磨的搅拌叶轮形状;在能量输入基本一致的情况下,圆形孔叶轮在1~15μm粒级能量利用率最高,产率最大。 The effects of blade shape of horizontal stirred mill on grinding efficiency were studied.Three type of impellers were designed.The particle size and grinding capacity in same power was inspected in different stirring speed.Comparing the test date,the impeller with circular holes gives the best performance on ultrafine grinding.It is the best shape of this three stirrer impellers for horizontal stirred mill on ultrafine grinding.In the energy input nearly the same circumstances,the impeller with circular holes gives the best energy utilization and yield in particle size of 1~15 μm.
