摘要
在经典的双膜理论基础上,提出纳米碳酸钙碳化过程的"四膜模型"假设,用"四膜模型"来解释纳米碳酸钙生产过程中碳化初期、中期、末期及过度碳化等各阶段的动力学区域和碳化机理,解释碳化过程中包裹返碱现象发生的规律和预防机理,都取得理想的效果。该"四膜模型"可以类推到其它的气-液-固多相反应体系,如生产碳酸钙的CO2-Ba(OH)2-BaCO3体系、石灰乳烟气脱硫过程中的SO2-Ca(OH)2-CaSO4体系等。
On the basis of double films theory,an assumption of "four films model" on carbonization process of calcium carbonate nano-particles was suggested.The dynamics areas and carbonization mechanism of early,middle,late and excessive carbonization of calcium carbonate nano-particles were explained by the "four films model".The laws and prevention mechanism on package efflorescence phenomenon of carbonization process were also explained.The "four films model" is analogized to the other gas-liquid-solid multiphase reaction systems,such as CO2-Ba(OH)2-BaCO3 system of preparing barium carbonate and SO2-Ca(OH)2-CaSO4 system of flue gas desulfurization for lime milk,etc.
