安乃近溶液稳定性研究

A Study on the Stability of the Analgin Solution

以比色法为研究方法，分别考查了ｐＨ 值、缓冲液浓度、稳定剂种类对安乃近溶液稳定性的影响．结果表明，０－５６９ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ 安乃近溶液在ｐＨ 为５－０ ～６－３ 的磷酸盐缓冲液中较为稳定；磷酸盐浓度越低越不利于安乃近溶液的稳定；溶液中加入ＥＤＴＡ２Ｎａ 或枸橼酸钠均有利于溶液稳定，ＮａＨＳＯ３

The colorimetry was used as the research method.The influence of pH,concentration of the buffer solution and kinds of stabilizers on the stability of the analgin solution were studied.It was indicated that the 0 569 mol/L analgin solution was more stable in the phosphate buffer solution of pH 5 0～6 3;the lower the phosphate concentration,the less stable the analgin solution;the addition of EDTA 2Na or sodium citrate was advantageous to the stability,the solution was more stable in a short period with the addition of NaHSO 3.
