摘要
为满足市场客户需求,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力,南阳汉冶特钢通过模铸浇铸、3 800mm轧机轧制、钢板堆冷和退火、试样调质的热处理工艺,采取以轧代锻方式,成功地研制出了42CrMo特厚合金结构用钢板,钢板的力学性能各项指标均达到国标要求且富余量较大,焊接性能良好,超声波探伤全部符合JB/T4730.3—2005中Ⅰ级标准。
Aiming to satisfy the demand of consumers,shorten the production cycle and improve the competitiveness in the market,multiple technologies including mould ingot casting,rolling in 3 800 mm rolling mill,heap cooling and annealing of the steel plate,quenching and tempering of the samples,rolling replacing forging were adopted in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.,Ltd..Super thick alloy 42CrMo structural steel was successfully produced by these measurements.The performance indexes of the steel plates can well satisfy the requirements of the relevant national standard.The steel plates have excellent welding performance and match the grade I in JB/T4730.3—2005 verified by ultrasonic flaw detection.
