摘要
大蒜含有丰富的营养物质及各种有效成分，具有多种药理作用，有广泛应用领域．本文概述了大蒜抗动脉粥样硬化（ａｔｈｅｒｏｓｃｌｅｒｏｓｉｓ） 作用及其机制的研究进展．
Garlic,which is rich in nutriment and many kinds of effective components,has several pharmacological functions and is useful in wide fields.The progress in this study on the effect of garlic on antiatherosclerosis and its mechanisms are briefly reviewed in this article.
