摘要
国内外有关学者公认,最明智的“医院战略”是质量战略管理。实行这种战略管理,首先是坚持质量第一的办院宗旨,以质量为生命线,把质量管理摆在医院管理的突出地位。“百佳医院”的创建工作固然为加强医院的质量管理带来动力,但若使医院持续有效的实施质量战略管理,必须寻求一种更合适的管理模式。ISO9004—2的理论恰恰为医院的质量管理注入了新的活力。本文着重谈了对国际质量标准的顾客理论、质量特性理论及服务质量环境论的理解及如何建立与运行质量体系的。
The ISO 9004 - 2 system and especially its theories on client satisfaction, quality characteristics and service quality links significantly contribute to: bringing more verve, vigor, understanding to the quality management in hospitals; facilitating the process of turning medical Sci - Tech advances into new services and translating them into concrete productive forces; transforming the expansion of health services into a quality - oriented pattern; establishing and developing integrated processes of quality management , supervision, assurance, development; persisting in an administration policy of striving for subsistence and success through fine quality; implementing the continuous quality improvement (CQI) in connection with hospital size, role delineation, types and quantities of services; cteating a coordinated services provision with the ability of various linkks to function well enouth to ensure that available services are allocated to maximum social advantages.
