造船龙门起重机载荷谱的编制方法

在评价造船龙门起重机金属结构的安全性时,需要合理编制其载荷谱。因此,可通过对样本数据的分类合理采集载荷谱的样本数据;通过计算和查阅相关资料确定起重机的整机工作循环次数;根据样本数据推算出在起重机的全生命周期中各起重载荷区间的循环次数;根据起重机实际工作情况划分工作区域,由各起重载荷区间的循环次数即可推测出相应起重载荷区间各工作区域的循环次数。至此,便可编制出造船龙门起重机的载荷谱,给出编制实例。

It＇s necessary to prepare the loading spectrum when evaluating the safety of metal structure of shipbuilding gantry crane.By classification of the sample data,this paper properly gathers the data of loading spectrum,determines the number of crane＇s working cycles by calculation and relevant reference documents,calculates the number of working cycles of each loading zones in the crane＇s life cycles,classifies the working areas according to the crane＇s actual operation condition,evaluates the number of cycles of each working area among corresponding hoisting loading zones,and thus in the end the loading spectrum of shipbuilding gantry crane is prepared,and the illustration is provided in this paper.
