摘要
大吨位桥式起重机端梁非铰接式双梁桥架,在水平平面内组成一个刚架结构,由于其超静定次数较高,内力分析计算过程繁琐。以其水平刚架结构为计算模型,对均布惯性载荷、移动集中惯性载荷和偏斜侧向载荷作用下的水平刚架进行了内力分析,并给出了精确的内力计算公式。这对于提高起重机金属结构设计计算精度和效率具有重要意义,具有广泛的实用价值。
Double-girder frame with non-articulated end carriage of high capacity overhead travelling crane forms a rigid frame structure in the horizontal plane.Its degrees of indeterminacy are high and analysis and calculation process of the internal force is complex.Taking the horizontal steel structure as calculation model,this paper analyzes its internal force under uniformly inertial load,movable concentrated inertial load and lateral deflection load and provides precise internal force calculation formula.This calculation is of significance in improving design calculation accuracy and efficiency of crane metal structure and possesses extensive practical value.
