本文介绍了作者自行设计的用以治疗胫腓骨干骨折的“骨圆针弧形髓内固定法”的适应症、禁忌症、术前准备,麻醉及具体的手术操作方法。对该疗法应用于临床实践以来在术中和术后所遇到的一些问题以及相应的处理方法亦作了简单阐述。并对本法的固定作用作了初步的分析,认为本法是一种简单、易行、有效的骨折固定方法,易于掌握、易于普及、不需要特殊设备,各级医院都可以开展。

Introduced in the paper is an internal fixation of fracture designed by the nuttier himself, and as well its indications, contraindications, preoperative instilment preparation, anesthesia and the operation technique. In addition, the author briefly expounds some problems arising during or after the operation in his clinical practice, explains the corresponding management of the problems and analyses the effect of this method. It has been proved through several years' clinical practice that this method is a simple and effective internal fixation of fracture. It is easy to master, and needs no Specific apparatus, which can be applied in hospitals at different levels.
