摘要实用主义是西方盛行的一种哲学思想,在规划领域主要观点是强调规划的实践性、规范性和渐进性,核心是实现规划的实用性。以徐州市采煤塌陷地农业综合开发专项规划为例,详细介绍实用主义规划理论在我国土地利用规划中的应用,丰富了我国土地利用规划的理论基础,同时根据规划编制中的不足提出相应的建议。 Pragmatism is a popular philosophy in Western countries,the main view of which in planning is emphasizing the practicality,normalization and graduality of the planning,with the achievement of practicality as the core.Taking mining subsidence agricultural comprehensive development special planning in Xuzhou City as an example,this paper describes the application of pragmatic planning theory to land use planning in China,enriching the theoretical basis of land use planning of our country,and puts forward suggestions for the solution of the shortages in the procedure of the planning.
