关于地质科技档案管理的思考

Reflections on Management of Geological Science and Technology Archives

地质资料管理在很大程度上决定了地质工作成果的社会化利用水平。地质资料管理室担负着聚集、存储、挖掘和有效利用地质科技档案资料的艰巨任务。针对性地分析了当前地质科技档案资料工作中存在的某些问题:思想观念落后、服务水平偏低,地质档案资料制作不规范汇交不及时,资料数字化信息化程度不高等。提出了提高地质档案资料工作人员素质,做好地质档案资料的汇交工作,加快地质档案资料标准化数字化建设等方面的合理化建议。

Geological data management determines to a large extent the socialized utilization of geological achievements.A department of geological data management is responsible for gathering,storing,mining and effectively using geological science and technology data.This paper analyzes some problems in the current work of geological science and technology files,including backward ideas and concepts and low level of service,lack of standardization and punctuality in making and submitting geological files,and low level of digitalization and informatization.This paper proposes improving the quality of the people engaged in geological archival data management and the submitting of geological files and accelerating digital standardization.
