摘要 城市燃气管网监控和数据采集系统(SCADA)是城市燃气输配信息化系统中的主要部分,对城市中燃气输配场站的生产监控和安全监控起着重要的作用。详细介绍了城市燃气管网SCADA系统的功能、设计思想和实现效果。通过详细分析解决困扰SCADA系统的网络通信问题,进一步阐述了该系统的先进性和重要性。实践证明,该系统既能满足集中监控及调度管理的要求,又大幅降低了劳动强度和费用成本,实现了整个燃气管网长周期的安全生产,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 Supervisory control and data acquisition system is the main part of urban fuel gas transmission and distribution information system, and plays important role to the production and safety monitoring of gas stations. The function, designing idea and realized effects of SCADA system are described in detail. The advance and importance of the system are further expatiated through the detailed analysis of the solution that solves the SCADA system network communication problem. The practice proves that the system can meet the requirements of centralized monitoring and dispatching management, greatly reduce the labor intensity and cost, realize safe production of the whole gas pipeline network for a long time and can generate huge economic and social benefit for the enterprise.
