摘要
通过分析大渡河瀑布沟水库上游与中下游来水特性、洪水遭遇规律和下游防洪要求等,对各种条件下设计洪水、典型大洪水进行调洪演算。根据预报预泄调度方案对原设计调洪规则进行了优化。结果表明,在不降低水库防洪标准和基本不增加下游防洪压力,并适度承担风险的前提下,水库最大下泄流量较优化前明显偏小,高水位持续时间也缩短。研究结果为今后实施中小洪水实时预报调度提供了技术支撑,并为进一步研究洪水资源化提供了基础。
Through analysis of the inflow characteristics,flood encounter laws and flood control demand of the protected objects of upstream and mid-lower stream of Pubugou Hydropower Station in Dadu River,the flood regulation calculation of the designed flood and typical large flood and dispatching calculation of flood for mid-lower stream are conducted.The pre-discharge dispatching scheme based on forecast is adopted to optimize the original designed flood dispatching rules.The results show that on the premise of neither lowering the flood control standard of reservoirs nor increasing the downstream flood control pressure,by undertaking moderate risk,the maximum discharge flow of reservoirs is obviously smaller than that before the optimization and the duration of the high water level is shortened.
