摘要
目的分析大学毕业生就业压力感的影响因素,为大学毕业生心理健康教育提供实证依据。方法本研究采用《大学毕业生就业压力感问卷》调查大学毕业生648人,分析当代大学毕业生的就业压力感特点。结果大学毕业生的总体压力感略低于中点"3"。女大学毕业生在面试恐惧得分上显著高于男大学毕业生(P<0.05);理科大学毕业生在综合素质担忧得分上显著高于文科大学毕业生(P<0.05);工作无着落大学毕业生在面试恐惧和公平性顾虑得分上显著高于工作有着落大学毕业生(P<0.01);家庭经济贫困大学毕业生在面试恐惧、公平性顾虑和综合素质担忧得分上显著高于经济状况良好的毕业生(P<0.01或P<0.001);对自身专业学习质量不满意的大学毕业生在面试恐惧、待遇担忧和入职紧张得分上显著高于对自身专业学习质量满意的大学毕业生(P<0.05)。结论大学毕业生总体就业压力感的性别差异和文理科差异不显著,但存在显著的就业状态差异、家庭经济条件差异和专业学习满意度差异。
Objective To analyze impacting factors of college graduates′ job-hunting pressure feeling(JHPF),as well as to provide substantial evidences for mental health education in universities. Methods The inventory of JHPF for college students was adapted to evaluate 648 college graduates′ JHPF,the characteristics of college graduates′ JHPF were examined. Results College graduates′ total JHPF was slightly lower than the mid-point "3".The female graduates′ JHPF scores in oral test fear were higher than male graduates(P0.05).The science graduates′ JHPF scores in comprehensive qualities worry were higher than the arts graduates(P0.05).Graduates who were uncertain to get a job had significantly higher JHPF scores in oral test fear and fairness scruple than those certain graduates(P0.01).Graduates who suffered from poverty got significantly higher JHPF scores in oral test fear and fairness scruple and comprehensive qualities worry than those from well-off families(P0.01 or P0.001).Who dissatisfied with their own professional learning got significantly higher JHPF scores in oral test fear and salary anxious and entry tension than those with satisfaction(P0.05). Conclusion College graduates′ JHPF total scores existed job-hunting status differences,family economic condition differences and professional learning satisfaction differences,but no significant differences were found between genders and among major kinds.
