摘要
通过采用高温加速时效的方法模拟3种电站锅炉炉管常用材料组织球化的演变过程,并测试不同球化程度下的布氏硬度。基于Matlab软件分别模拟建立3种材料的硬度与组织球化之间的关系模型,为电站锅炉炉管寿命评估提供一种新的思路。
The spheroidizing evolution process of three furnace tube materials for different power station boilers was simulated by high temperature accelerated aging.Brinell hardness of the materials with different degrees of spheroidization was measured.The relationship between the hardness and the spheroidization of the three different materials was established based on Matlab,and a new approach for life evaluation of the furnace tube of power station boiler was provided.
