摘要
马丁·布伯认为,良质的师生关系应为"我"与"你"的对话关系,而当前实行的研究生导师制却易使导师与学生落入老板与员工的关系之中,这种疏离关系让师生难以达到对话状态,因此,研究生导师的政策制定应保障学生及导师的主体性,以提升研究生培育品质。
This paper utilizes Martin Buber's philosophy of education to analyze the tutor system.It was advocated by Martin Buber that the ideal relationship between advisors and graduate students was "I and Thou".However,in the current tutor system the relationship becomes "I and It",so the relationship dialogue can hardly be achieved.It is proposed that in tutor system advisor-graduate student subject-subject should be guaranteed by some policy,and only by this way the quality of graduate education can be improved.
