摘要
研究大学教师的角色冲突有利于建设现代大学制度尤其是教师评聘制度。大学教师一般承担三种角色:教育者、研究者和服务者,三者既相互融合,又彼此冲突。文化和制度是三者冲突的根源。尊重文化差异,维护三者的平衡,构建现代大学制度是化解冲突的途径。
Research on role conflict of university teachers is helpful to build a modern university system,especially the teacher appraisal system.University teachers generally assume three roles: educator,researcher and service provider,the three not only merge,but also conflict with each other.Cultures and institutions always cause conflicts but by respecting cultural differences,maintaining the balance of the three and building a modern university system the conflicts can be reduced.
